If the temperature in your office needs adjustment enter a work order request into AWARE. Your request will be handled by building personnel as soon as possible.
The heating, ventalation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems operate during Normal Business Hours from 8:00 A.M. to 6:00 P.M., Monday through Friday and 9:00 A.M. to 1:00 P.M. on Saturday, excluding building holidays. For HVAC outside of normal business hours, please submit an overtime HVAC request form to Property Management. Please note, HVAC provided outside of normal business hours is a billable charge. Forms must be received by Property Management no later than 3:00 P.M. for weekday after-hours HVAC requests and no later than 3:00 P.M. the prior business day for any weekend and building holiday after-hours HVAC requests. Requests received after 3:00 P.M. may be subject to an additional 4-hour labor fee and cannot be guaranteed.
